Lundeen (1918–1990).  This Swedish Christmas children’s hymn captures the moment of Jesus’ birth when the shepherds followed the directions of the angel, heard the angel hosts singing, ‘Glory to God’, and ‘found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger’ (Luke 2: 16, NIV).  Nothing is known of the author of the hymn text.
