David Meece
MEECE, David. b. Humble, Texas, 26 May 1952. Meece, a contemporary Christian musician with more than thirty singles topping the CCM Top 10 charts, has performed throughout Australia, Canada, Asia, Europe, and South Africa, and as guest musician in Billy Graham Crusades, and other Christian television broadcasts. By his own account, Meece turned to music at an early age as a distraction from his abusive, alcoholic father, distinguished himself as a child prodigy and began touring as a concert pianist at the age of ten.
