Who can cheer the heart like Jesus (All that thrills my soul is Jesus). Thoro Harris* (1874–1955).  Two gospel songs by Harris employed the same melody and refrain. ‘All that thrills my soul is Jesus’ is a five-stanza hymn with refrain bearing a 1917 copyright.
