Walter Farquharson
FARQUHARSON, Walter Henry. b. Rosetown, Saskatchewan, 30 May 1936. He was educated at the University of Saskatchewan (BA, 1957), and at St Andrew’s College, Saskatchewan (BD 1960) , with a Dip. Ed (1969). He was awarded an honorary DD by St Andrew’s College, University of Saskatchewan, in 1975. Following his ordination in 1960 and a year of graduate studies at New College, Edinburgh, Farquharson was settled at the Saltcoats-Bredenbury Pastoral Charge in Saskatchewan Conference in 1961 where he remained in pastoral ministry until his retirement.
