There are some things I may not know (Yes, God is real). Kenneth Morris* (1917-1989).  Known by the title ‘Yes, God is real’, this is the most famous and best-selling song of the gospel song composer, Kenneth Morris. Composed in 1944, soon after he established his publishing company in Chicago with Sallie Martin, the text was written in what has been called the ‘problem-resolution style’ (Marovich, 2015, p. 175). In this approach, the writer states a problem or challenge in the first part of a stanza and then offers a resolution in the second part of the stanza or in the refrain, beginning the resolution with or implying the word ‘but’.
