Published in Tabernacle Praises No 2, with a tune by Haldor Lillenas* (later given the name LILLENAS in Hymns for the Living Church, 1974, where Christiansen’s hymn appears). It is probably better known for its refrain, ‘Jesus has lifted me’: Out of the depths to the glory above,I have been lifted in wonderful love;From every fetter my spirit is free -  Jesus has lifted me!
