Kenneth W. Osbeck
OSBECK, Kenneth W. b. Michigan, 13 December 1924; d. Rockford, Michigan; 27 March 2017. The son of Emil and Hilda (née Swanlund) Osbeck, Kenneth taught fine arts and music at Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music (1950–1967) and Cornerstone University (1967–1984) where he trained church musicians in the General Association of Regular Baptist Church (GARBC) tradition. In addition, he was minister of music at seven congregations in the Grand Rapids area and served as music director for several ministry-related organizations including Children’s Bible Hour, Youth for Christ, Radio Bible Class, and Diadem Records.
