Kenneth James Nafziger
NAFZIGER, Kenneth James. b. Archbold, Ohio, 4 October 1941. Nafziger is a graduate of Goshen College (BA, 1963) and the University of Oregon (DMA, 1970). As a postgraduate he studied conducting in Germany for one year with Helmuth Rilling, the noted Bach scholar, conductor and teacher.
Under the general editorship of Rebecca Slough, he served as music editor for Hymnal: A Worship Book (Scottdale, Pennsylvania, 1992), the joint hymnal of two major branches of North American Mennonites, the Church of the Brethren.
