John Ferguson (II)
FERGUSON, John Allen. b. Cleveland, Ohio, 27 Jan 1941; d. Northfield, Minnesota, 5 January 2025. Ferguson, better known to his students and colleagues as ‘Ferg’, was an acclaimed organist, conductor, composer, and teacher. He attended Oberlin Conservatory of Music (BM, 1963), Kent State University (MM, 1965), and the Eastman School of Music (DMA, 1976).
