Hymntune Index and Related Hymn Materials

Hymntune Index and Related Hymn Materials is a three-volume compilation by D. DeWitt Wasson*, published in 1998, and on CD-ROM in 2001 (Studies in Liturgical Musicology, no. 6, Michael Fry, technical advisor of the CR-ROM version, by Scarecrow Press, Lanham, Maryland).  Most of the tunes indexed were first published after 1810, so that there is relatively little overlap with Nicholas Temperley*’s Hymn Tune Index*. Volume I includes a Foreword by Robin A.
