Hymns of Truth and Light (1998). Hymns of Truth and Light was prepared by the leadership and members of First Congregational Church Houston (FCC), founded in 1955 and affiliated with the United Church of Christ. The hymnal had its origins in 1995–1996 when the church’s hymnal search committee experienced frustration during the search process.
