Glory and praise to God

Glory and praise to God. Bryn Austin Rees* (1911-1983). First published in HP, which appeared in the year of the author’s death. In its manuscript form it was entitled ‘Infant Dedication’. It subsequently appeared in RS. According to the Companion to RS (1999), p. 570, the hymn is specifically about dedication rather than Infant Baptism, though it could clearly be used for both purposes. Its three verses represent the Holy Trinity very appropriately in this context. They begin: Glory and praise to God/ who loves the human race...
