George Mulrain
MULRAIN, George MacDonald, b. Caribbean Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, 30 March 1946. Pastor, educator, author, and composer, Mulrain attended the United Theological College of the West Indies (UTCWI), Kingston, Jamaica (Dipl. Ministerial studies, 1973), the University of the West Indies (BA Theology, 1973), and the University of Birmingham, UK (PhD, 1982: dissertation, ‘Theological Significance of Haitian Folk Religion’). Mulrain, an ordained elder of the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and the Americas, served churches in Haiti: Port-au-Prince Circuit (1973–1976), Cap Haitian Circuit (1976–1977).
