Daniel Crane Roberts
ROBERTS, Daniel Crane. b. Bridgehampton, Long Island, New York, 5 November 1841; d. Concord, New Hampshire, 31 October 1907. He was educated at Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio. During the Civil War he served as a private in the 84th Ohio volunteers. Immediately after the war he was ordained into the Episcopal Church of America (deacon 1865, priest 1866). He served in parishes at Montpelier, Vermont; Lowell, Massachusetts; Brandon, Vermont; in 1878 he was appointed to St Paul’s, Concord, New Hampshire, where he remained until his death.
